Opening scene:

Rain drizzles down a window pain. 

The camera pans round to reveal a traditional, old country pub. The viewer moves between the tables hearing snatches of conversation and general hubbub. It settles on two men, sitting in front of an open fire recording a podcast and talking about Welsh football.

First man: “Wouldn’t it be great if we got paid to do this?” said one.

The second man nods and smiles.

*Camera fades to black*

New scene:

Several years later. Those men have been joined by a team of talented creatives to form a dynamic, story-driven media production company.

They don’t just make podcasts anymore. They make television programmes, radio documentaries and digital video content for high-profile clients and major media companies.

They have connections across the country who are equipped with professional production kit, editing suites and whole lot of personality.

The lesson? Follow your dreams. 

We knew people weren’t taking us seriously. We knew they were having a side-giggle and waiting for us to give up. We could feel them giving us funny looks because of our little camera or because we didn’t turn up in shirts and ties.

But we didn’t care, because we knew something they didn’t.

We knew we were onto something. We knew organisations were looking for high-quality, authentic content which told rich and immersive stories, not clickbait listicles and funny cat gifs.

They wanted to connect in a meaningful, more sustainable way. They wanted to see long-term value from their content.

So that’s what we do. 

We’re passionate about sport and about positive stories which connect people. We want to shine a light on the stars and the unsung heroes because we believe showcasing positive experiences will encourage, inspire and empower others.

We also believe this model and approach can work in any sector.

Which is why we’re a fully-fledged production house which makes things people want to watch or listen to because they’re interesting, but which they also learn from because of the stories we’re telling.

We offer everything from short-form event videos to fully-fledged film production services (pre and post!), with collaboration at the heart of every project we work on.

We still don’t wear shirts and ties (unless there’s a posh do), but we do use top-quality filming equipment and software, and we really know how to use it.

We still occasionally go to the pub.
