Fortunately, we’ve got one…
Laurence Mora: Founder and Director
He’s our EatSleep Media Founder and Director of our epically talented team.
With a passion for storytelling he’s dedicated his life to crating compelling narratives whilst also being the maestro of managing all things business.
He has over 20 years experience in the sports media industry… we know, we can’t believe it either!
Outside of working on all things EatSleep Media, he’s most likely cheering on his favourite football team Bristol City or coaching his daughter’s football team in Chepstow.
Dave Williams: Head of Film Production
Dave wishes he’d won a trophy this big, but he hasn’t.
Only because they don’t give out trophies that big for awesome filming and editing.
If they did, his mantlepiece would be straining under the weight!
When Dave isn’t busy crating cinematic magic you can most likely find him supporting his favourite sports team, either Swansea City or Cardiff Devils.
Layla Gunter: Creative Producer
Layla is our Creative Producer and the ultimate mixologist in blending creative ideas, visuals and organisational strategy into producing your content.
She has tonnes of experience of working in both the private and public sector and loves to bring dreams to life, (sadly she hasn’t mastered winning the lottery yet!)
Her most favourite places to be in the world are on top of a mountain on a snowboard or bobbing around in the sea pretending to surf.
Luc Daley: Filmmaker and Editor
Meet Luc, our extended team member who is a highly skilled videographer and editor with a gift for storytelling through visuals. And yes, of course we are biased but he is so talented that he has been awarded Rising Star at the 2023 RTS Cymru Awards for his work on our feature documentary TOSH.
Over the years he has worked on long format documentaries, such as TOSH and over 14 further documentaries featured on RedWall +. He is a busy bee indeed!
Gabriella Jukes: Bi-Lingual Sport Broadcaster, Filmmaker & Editor
Gabriella has got it all, she is first and foremost a talented bi-lingual sport broadcaster who works for the likes of S4C and BBC Sport. So if you need your project delivered in English or Welsh - then she’s the gal to go to!
Not only that, but she is also a fantastic filmographer and editor and we often call on her to translate from English to Welsh and yep you guessed it, from Welsh to English.
Who else?
As well as this motley crew, we also work with a close-knit group of highly-talented freelance presenters, cameras and editors who know how we work and and help us to deliver top quality content.
We believe in empowering new talent and developing leadership skills to make sure our client’s experience is consistent, seamless and high quality throughout.
We work with up-and-coming actors and presenters like Jenna Preece, who led our BBC Radio Wales documentary on people with disabilities. Winter Olympian Mica Moore presented another BBC Radio Wales documentary about inspiring girls to take up and stay in sport. She also co-hosted our FC Cymru Euro2020 coverage for the Football Association of Wales.
Another FCC stalwart is footballing know-it-all Abi Davies, along with hair product enthusiast Dan Jardine, who also fronted Welsh Sports Insider for Sport Wales.
