Help Us, Help You: Keeping Active
The Welsh Government, in partnership with the Welsh Rugby Union and Cardiff-based marketing agency Golley Slater developed a campaign to promote the benefits of regular exercise as the country emerged from COVID: ‘Help Us Help You’.
Using interviews with Welsh rugby internationals from the men’s and women’s teams to explore their own personal experiences, EatSleep Media worked with Golley Slater to produce a series of videos exploring how they exercise and find down time and relaxation outside of professional rugby.
Spoiler alert: There’s a lot of dog walking and cleaning! The point of the campaign is to show how a healthier population is less reliant on health services, therefore relieving pressure on NHS staff. And, how we can all help the NHS as it deals with emerging from COVID. All through the personal stories of some of rugby's most recognisable faces.
